Join us in our fun outdoor group class specialising in toning and tightening your butt, legs, and abdominals. Lots of squats, lunges and…. crunches galore. It’s a tough class but the result will amaze you.

$160 for 8 sessions (valid for 3 months from date of purchase)
$290 for 16 sessions (that’s a 10% discount. Valid for 6 months from date of purchase)
What to Bring:
Towel
Wear comfy clothes and sports shoes
Strong legs and positive attitude.
