A challenging but fun 60 min outdoor total body workout that will blast calories, help with weight loss, improve your strength and endurance and tone your upper and lower body.
During each class you will use ropes,weights, medicine balls and resistance bands and do plenty of squats, lunges, intervals and nasty crunches (just to name a few) in pairs, small groups and as circuits.
There will be no more than 15 like minded girls in the class and your trainer will adapt the exercises to accommodate all fitness levels. And YES it's kinda fun.
