Girls strap on your gloves and get ready to punch and weave your way to a leaner, fitter "super featherweight" body
Your arms and shoulders will work overtime and you'll be puffing continually. It's the prefect way to tighten those wobbly bits under your arms and relieve your stress from the day. There is nothing like punching something (safely) to make you feel better and laughing and fun are guaranteed.
Your Punchfit instructor is fully trained in all areas of boxing and will teach you safe and effective boxing techniques and combinations.
