Your heart rate will rise and your legs will burn as you walk and climb the many challenging hills and stairs in the area increasing your endurance every step of the way.
During this session you will be lead on a picturesque journey around beautiful Sydney Harbour and it's nearby hilly suburbs. Enjoy the fresh air and the company of women just like you.
