Fitness Assessments

Your first session will include a comprehensive fitness assessment to establish your starting off point. We will measure and assess the following:

  • Weight
  • Body Fat %
  • Girth measurements
  • Upper and Lower body movement analysis
  • Daily/weekly food journal

We will track your progress as often as you wish, enabling you to chart your success:

  • Weekly
  • Fortnightly
  • Monthly

Your Training Program

Your program will always be designed for you and your goals. Each training program will be changed every 4-6 weeks to challenge your body’s strength and endurance. You will be trained by women and perform exercises specific to women.

At each training session, the weight, sets and reps you lifted will be recorded so you can see your progress.

Diet and Nutrition

Just Girls Fitness offers diet and nutritional advice and support . We will help you with your meal plans and give you lots of practical healthy food ideas/suggestions that can be easily implemented into your daily diet. We want to educate you to make better nutritional choices so you can maintain a healthy and balanced diet and lifestyle for years to come.
